I-Drive 360 Live is a new free concert series coming to the home of the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye on May 25th from 6:00-9:30pm. On-the-rise musicians and entertainers will perform in the I-Drive 360 courtyard, directly in front of the iconic Coca-Cola Orlando Eye.

Check out the Tampa Riverwalk on May 6-7th and all the sights, sounds and action that surround it for RiverFest 2017. It’s a FREE event to the public, will include live entertainment, food festivals, family-friendly activities and fireworks to conclude the weekend-long event.
New this year is the Hot Dog Festival scheduled for Saturday in Curtis Hixon Park. In partnership with Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Riverfest will host a live Hot Dog Eating Contest that will serve as an official qualifier event sending one man and one women to The Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island. Other events include a wiener dog derby that will benefit the Florida Dashshund rescue and a hot dog tasting event.
The evening activities will include the hugely popular Hot Air Balloon Glow take place on Saturday evening and a free Pops in the Park with the Florida Orchestra on Sunday evening as the grand finale, culminating with a fireworks show at the end of the concert. The event activities will stretch all along the river, with main activities taking place in Curtis Hixon Park, MacDill Park and at the Sail Pavilion near the Tampa Convention Center Docks.
Attendees can also travel by water to access different parts of the Riverwalk. Riverfest has partnered with the Pirate Water Taxi to offer discounted $5 one-way rides all weekend on the downtown route.

The Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club promotes recreational walking for fun, fitness and friendship. They will host a walk in Winter Park on May 20th.
The walk will start at the Publix in Winter Park Village (440 N Orlando Ave, Winter Park). Park at the rear of the parking lot. Wheelchairs and strollers are acceptable, though some streets are brick or have no sidewalk. The walk is free for non-credit walkers, those maintaining record books pay $3.
Register and start the walk any time between 8:30am and 10:00am. Walkers should plan so they can finish by 1:00pm. Participants may choose either a 5K (3 mile) or 10K (6 mile) trail. The walk route goes through Winter Park residential areas and parks such as Mead Garden and Martin Luther King Jr. Park.
The walk is sanctioned by the American Volkssport Association and is open to the public. Walkers are given a guide with detailed written instructions and are welcome to walk with a group, a companion, or by themselves.

The 24th Annual Mascot Games at the Amway Center will benefit a local children’s non-profit organization, New Hope for Kids, will take place on June 23rd (show at 12:30pm), and on June 24th (show at 2:00pm). This exciting event will feature about 30 mascots from top-tier professional and collegiate sports teams, including the NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA, MLS, and NHL.
This family-friendly event will be sure to make you laugh and get on your feet to cheer on your favorite Mascot and their respective team GREEN, BLUE, RED, or YELLOW. On Saturday, the VIP Huddle allows fans the opportunity to meet their favorite mascots, take pictures, and get their autographs on the field.
New Hope for Kids supports children and families grieving the death of a love one and Grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses living within Central Florida. Programs are available free of charge to children ages 3 -18 who live in the Central Florida area communities.
